    This conversation will focus on the role of the board in addressing matters of ESG (Environmental Social and Governance).
    • How could/should boards be responding to ESG concerns?
    • How do they reflect their perspectives/values in Board Policies? 
  2. The Board Composition Room
    • How can governing boards seek out diversity, be inclusive, and address social justice?
  3. The Future Focus Room
    • How far off is the future? What will governance be like in that future?
    • How does the board’s strategic foresight equip the organization for the future?
    • How does ESG attentiveness focus a board on the future?
    • How does the board move from aspirational values to tangible impact?
